Reservation The reservation becomes effective once the customer has made full payment for the service online, by credit card (CB) or via PayPal, and a reservation confirmation has been sent to them by email.
Payment Payment is made online at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods are credit card and PayPal. The site uses a secure payment system to guarantee the protection of the customer's banking data.
Cancellation and Modification Any request for cancellation or modification of reservation must be sent by email to laurence.ilias@gmail.com. The cancellation and modification conditions will be specified in the reservation details and on the site.
Responsibilities Laurence Ilias cannot be held responsible for indirect damage resulting from this reservation, such as loss of income or interruption of travel.
Disputes In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the place of residence of Laurence Ilias.
